what am i thankful for?

well...lots of things...ya know...the normal...family, friends, etc etc. however one thing id like to specifically be thankful for this year is the fact that the aggies killed those no good longhorns on friday! what a game!!! definitely one of the most exciting games ive ever been to....probably one of the coldest too but when youre jumping up and down and high five-ing people you don't know - you hardly notice the cold. what makes this win even better is the fact that i work with a number of longhorns who talked their fair amount of trash talk the week prior to the game. being the good aggie i am, i had no hesitation in talking trash right back ;) and now, i will walk into work tomorrow proudly wearing my aggie hat and maybe even singing a little bit of the aggie war hymn...."goodbye to texas university...so long to the orange and the white..." two years in a row...it feels gooood.

and now with aggie football almost over it's time for attention to be directed to our awesome basketball team who won the NIT championship on friday as well. we're looking pretty good - it's gonna be a great year.
